Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in this document carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" — The bdtk3 website, mobile app and all associated digital channels.
• "User" — Any person who visits the bdtk3 site, whether registered or not.
• "Account" — A user's own registered profile, through which deposits, withdrawals and betting are managed.
• "Bonus" — A promotional reward granted by bdtk3, usable subject to specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The condition requiring a specified number of bets to be placed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "Net Loss" — The amount remaining after deducting total winnings from total losses over a given period.

Eligibility and Account Registration

1. You must be at least 21 years old. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.
2. Each person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address or household is strictly prohibited.
3. All information provided at registration — name, mobile number and date of birth — must be accurate and genuine. bdtk3 reserves the right to close any account opened with false information.
4. Keeping the account password and login details fully confidential is the user's own responsibility. Allowing anyone else to access the account is not permitted.
5. If any unusual activity is noticed on the account, the user must notify the bdtk3 support team immediately.

bdtk3 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to submit those documents within the specified period may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to depositing and withdrawing funds at bdtk3:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. No transaction below this amount will be accepted.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. Transactions are not processed through any method outside these four.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Users must transact using a payment account registered in their own name. Making or receiving payments through a third party is prohibited.
• bdtk3 reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal and investigate any suspicious financial activity.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

The terms relating to bonuses offered at bdtk3 are set out in detail below:

1. Welcome Bonus: New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example — a deposit of ৳1,000 adds ৳2,000 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000; the wagering requirement on the bonus will be ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000.
2. Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Withdrawal of the bonus is not possible until the wagering requirement is met.
3. If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit after the bonus is credited, the bonus will be cancelled.
4. The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once from a single account.
5. bdtk3 may launch or discontinue new promotional offers at any time and reserves the right to modify the terms of existing offers.
6. Any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in the account being closed and any benefits earned being cancelled.

VIP Program and Cashback

The bdtk3 VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Cashback is calculated on the week's net loss — that is, the cashback rate applies to the amount remaining after deducting total winnings from total losses. Example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 cashback.

Promotion to a higher tier is based on continued play and activity. Cashback benefits may be subject to their own wagering conditions.

Betting Rules and Game Regulations

The general rules for betting and gaming at bdtk3 are set out below:

• A bet that has been confirmed generally cannot be changed or cancelled, except in cases of a system error.
• If a game is interrupted or disconnected due to a technical issue, bdtk3 will determine the result of the relevant round and that decision will be considered final.
• In sports betting, markets may close before a match starts in accordance with the set schedule.
• bdtk3 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds (Palpable Error).
• Placing bets in a coordinated manner across different accounts on the same match or event (activities related to Arbitrage or Match Fixing) is prohibited.
• RTP (Return to Player) is a long-term statistical rate. There is no guarantee of achieving a result close to RTP in any single session.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdtk3 platform:

1. Using another person's account or placing bets on behalf of someone else.
2. Playing games or placing bets through bots, scripts or automated software.
3. Deliberately exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform to gain an undue advantage.
4. Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
5. Harassing other users, spreading false information or engaging in any misleading activity.
6. Attempting to hack the system, carry out a cyber attack or gain unauthorised access.

In the event of any of the above violations, bdtk3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and forfeit the associated balance.

Privacy and Personal Data

bdtk3 treats the protection of users' personal data as its highest priority. Information collected at registration is used solely for account management, identity verification and meeting legal obligations. Data is not sold to third parties.

• Delays or errors in third-party payment services.
• Loss resulting from login details being exposed due to the user's own carelessness.
• Force Majeure events — service interruption due to natural disaster, cyber attack or government directive.

In any circumstance, bdtk3's total liability will not exceed the actual balance held in the user's account.

Account Closure and Service Suspension

bdtk3 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

1. Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
2. Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
3. Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
4. Extended period of inactivity.
5. At the user's own request.

Regarding the return of any legitimately earned balance in a permanently closed account, bdtk3 will decide on a case-by-case basis.

Changes to Terms

bdtk3 reserves the right to change, add to or cancel these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered mobile number or through the platform.
